thanks. it is easy. you can do it.

- get the duck from 99 ranch or any super market. let the store cut it for you.
- use hot water to rinse
- use "hua jiao", ginger, garlic, green onion, bao guo. then put duck slices with soy source and
 a bit sugar if you like, 八角,  to cook for a couple of minutes
- then pour a bottle of beer to cook it for 15-20 minutes.
- put some green onion on it to make it green.
